Perspectives can change alot of things.
The way we view things,
the way we see and understand things
they change with the slightest difference in angle.
"It really looks like I'm controlling that car!!"
no, not really.
no, not really.

A child. A child is innocent, it knows no more than what it sees, knows no more than what it feels.
Their thoughts are pure and innocent, only ever influenced by their immediate experience.
In it's eyes, there's a sense of curiosity, nonchalance and emptiness that's only ever seen from a child.
As it grows so does the expressions seen through its eyes.
It changes irreversibly and irrecoverably.
It influences who they are, shaping the world around them.

Graduation marks the point of change, in many different aspects.
It marks the end of school days,
It marks the start of uni days,
It marks the end of friendships,
It marks the start of new ones.
Memories are made, memories are forgotten, but school spirits will never die for some.
Many celebrate, and some weep, but it's important to realise the importance and significance of graduation and what it means to each of us.
Congratulations to all valedictorians,
congratulations to all graduates,
congratulations to all parents for their efforts,
and thank you everyone for your memories.

Apparently, if you forcibly smile, you'll feel happier.
Does this mean, we can see the world in different shades of colour to fit our moods?
More often than not, things seem black and white.
Things go wrong, plans don't work out and the list goes on.
Try to change the color, the palette of your world. No more black and whites (except for upcoming photos) and paint the world to the colour you want.

Love comes to us as a surprise. We don't plan it, we can't predict it.
That is why it's called 'falling in love'. It's not upto us to be in love.
That is why it's called 'falling in love'. It's not upto us to be in love.
Can anyone define love? It's bloody hard, I can tell you that.
It also can make and break people,
making people happy, content, secure, disappointed, sad and heartbroken.
Hopefully, no one has to experience the latter three, but it's inevitable sometimes.
Find love, be happy, cherish it while you can.

I've recently come across a poem named 'The Road Not Taken' by Robert Frost.
It tells the tale of two roads, seemingly equally fair but with obvious separate futures.
As a senior student, this is where I stand. At a crossroad.
Sure, countless people have stood where I am now, but it is never easy to choose a pathway which will ultimately determine my future.
To the fellow seniors, do not be discouraged by the burden of choices,

but make sure you know what you want, and follow the path you want.
Good luck to all

We all need colour in our lives, whether they come as friends
or events that sweep our feet off the ground.
Sometimes life can seem black and white, but try adding vibrance to it,
live it up once in a while.

What goes around comes around.
It's easy to do wrong by other people, but its good to remember that it might come back to you and hurt you in some way.
Be friendly, stay nice and gain trust for all your friends

We live in a small world,
where nothing is too big or too hard to do.
We stay connected by many things,
letters, internet, mail, postcards.
But do we really connect to those we need to?
As things become smaller, it's the smaller things that really start to matter.
Enjoy the little things, and perhaps you can start to enjoy the world.

We all need good sunsets once in a while to wind down from busy weeks.
With only 5 weeks left of highschool,
there won't be many chances for me to capture sunsets or sunrises.
Enjoy this sunrise, taken at the Gold Coast Jetty, and relax a little. It's Sunday.

Whether you like it or not, we all have our home towns.
The city we live in, the suburb and even the street we reside on can and do define who we are.
Be proud of where you live, the place which defines you.
Brisbane is my home (for now at least), the most comfortable place for me.
Love your city, your home.

Prayers. We all have our own.
Whatever your religion, and even if you dont, prayers are needed sometimes.
Hardship, gratitude, forgiveness and others can and are achieved by prayers.
Are they good or bad? You be the judge,
but keep on praying. Keep your faith in whatever you believe in.

Music.
We all listen to it, some play it, most enjoy it.
But it's incredible how such small thing can impact ones life, for mine example.
Music is my life, has been my ambition and will always be my spirit.
A world without music is unimaginable,
whether it be classical, indie rock or dubstep, we listen to them and are part of our lives.
For all the musicians out there, never stop your music.
Keep going, keep playing and keep enjoying.

we all hope to have a relationship that'll last a lifetime.
it may not always work out, but hey such is life.
if you do however, find 'the one', make sure you share an ice cream when you're old :)

I think we were all meant to follow,
rules, people, whatever we were meant to follow.
Those who say they have strong leadership, are only following rules that aren't set.

Try to not focus on things too much,
but rather, take a step back and look at the big picture.
Or just look at bokeh. Yea, just look at the bokeh.

29th of September.
It's been a few years since I've gone to Riverfire.
So many things have passed, some too quickly and some too slowly.
This will be my last riverfire as a senior, which made it somewhat more special than it already was.
Spending the night with close friends, watching fireworks and just enjoying the night.
Who could ask for more?
