In our lives there's plenty of negativity coming from left, right and center.  It's pretty overwhelming when you think about it and it influences us strongly.  It blurs our vision and perception, making it hard to hold onto what is most important in our lives.   Every so often, a ray of light will shine through to guide us but it's up to ourselves to stay positive even in the worst of times and find that silver lining.
